CSS USA is the end product of over 35 years’ experience in the protective services industry. Through the uncompromising application of their shared values like providing the very highest quality of service, personalized customer service, and value; CSS USA founders Christopher Frain and Andrew Shaffer have built today’s CSS into a dynamic, service-driven entity unlike any others in the markets the Company serves.
One of the Country’s fastest growing security services providers, CSS USA continues to expand its high-quality service model across the nation, one market and one customer at a time. Today, customers in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida, Texas and Louisiana are the recipients of our “home town” brand of quality security services and personal customer care.
For the past 15 years, the founders and their stable management team of seasoned security industry veterans have remained focused on growing a quality, national company by exceeding customer requirements and expectations in every regard. Our class-A client list, repeat customers across multiple markets, and long-term customer relationships serve as glowing testaments to the superiority of the CSS USA model.
