Signature Service is a process; not a program. It is a process that enables qualifying contract security users to build a customized security program that is equal to, or better than, a proprietary security program.

Customized Security

Signature Service Mission Statement

We have benchmarked our hiring practices and training programs, in partnership with one of the leading providers of high rise security in one of the largest CRE markets in the world: Chicago! In addition, our “One Trusted Source” capabilities can be a dream come true for any high rise Property Manager with a challenging workload.

“We will become our client’s proprietary service, with the selection processes, training programs, operating procedures, wage and benefit factors, uniform and equipment requirements, invoicing structures and work environment practices that reflect the mission, culture, and security objectives of the client company.”

It is a process that examines thirty (30) different service variables and a series of operating addendums. From identifying your required training programs, to the style and design of your uniforms, to providing measurable results, we transform our program into YOUR program.

This is not a process for everyone. Most of our clients, and most users of security in general, rely on their provider to bring with them the experience, process and procedures for an overall successful security program. After all, that is most likely why they outsourced security in the first place. We understand this and believe no one does that better than we do.

But we also recognize that there are users of contract security that simply require, perhaps demand, that the security program at their company meet very specific guidelines and requirements. These may be necessary for a wide variety of reasons. Perhaps they are in a very regulated industry; perhaps they are faced with very unique security risks; or perhaps they are simply highly accountable for the overall quality and success of their contracted security program.

The problem is that most providers, especially the larger, national chains, lack the flexibility to meet your needs. They have a specific program, and pretty much, it’s take it or leave it. Worse, they promise flexibility, but after they get started, you find out they are a little less flexible than you thought. Now, the “Compromise Conflicts” begin.

If you are currently a proprietary user and are thinking about the move to contract, but are concerned with quality and the stigma of “contract” security, you need to partner with a company that is flexible enough to work with you to build YOUR quality program to YOUR standards.

If you are currently using a contract security provider that just simply doesn’t “get it”, perhaps it’s time to talk with people that do! Attached is the Table of Contents to our Signature Service Workbook. It outlines all 30 topics. We’re ready when you are!
