Officer Training is an on-going process at CSS USA. We believe pre-placement, on-the-job, and ongoing developmental training are essential ingredients to an engaged, professional, and career oriented security officer.
It all begins with our pre-hire orientation training program. Compare the CSS USA training program outlined below with that of your current security provider, and you will agree that our three-day program far surpasses any of our competitors, teaching invaluable knowledge and skills for Security Officers while also “weeding out” officers that do not meet our standards -- leaving us only the best, most committed Security Officers.

On-The-Job Training
The next phase of officer training involves “Initial OJT Training” at the job site. We have designed our process to be totally customized for your specific location, not a one size fits all process. Your assigned Site Supervisor or Account Manager, if not one of our staff C.P.P.’s, will be involved in the creation of your customized training plan from the ground up.
In each of our pricing proposals, we allocate a specific number of days of Initial OJT Training at no direct charge to our client. The number of days varies, based on the post requirements. We consider officer performance during these days as additional qualifiers for employment at your location. In other words, the Site Supervisor or Account Manager can raise the red flag on any trainee that she or he feels is not catching on, or is deemed otherwise unable to fulfill their duties at your location. As a team we can determine if additional training is warranted, or, if that trainee is otherwise deemed unable to fulfill the duties and must be removed.
Career Development
Our exclusive, on-going training, development and recognition program, known as CSS USA Champions!, was launched in January of 2006. This training and development program further supports our mission of “employment for life,” by offering employees at all levels assistance with post-secondary educational career and personal development programs. CSS USA's Champions! provides officers with rewards and recognition for achievements and advancement within the program.
We firmly believe there is no other security services provider in our markets as committed to investing in officer training as CSS USA. Compare our programs to the competition and, after critical review, we’re confident you’ll agree.
